Minnie (homed)

Well hello! My name is Minnie. I’m an adorable little girl, aren’t I? Truth is, I’m a bit shy of this big wide world at the moment. I’d just love a new home in the ‘burbs where I can learn to come out of my shell at my own pace. It would be best if my new family didn’t have other pets for now, but maybe later once I am all settled in as I’m okay with other dogs once I’m comfortable.

A note from Minnie’s foster carer:

Minnie is a little cheeky shy girl. She has been in foster care for 3 months now and has come leaps and bounds. When she first came she was very aloof and afraid as she had never had to be a house dog. She was unsure of her foster brother Sizzle and the humans in her home.

Now she loves to zoom around the backyard and go on the occasional walk around the neighbourhood in the quieter areas. She loves her food and enjoys her food-based enrichment games. She will play a fun game of tug of war with Sizzle. She will offer you attention but is not necessarily keen on being approached.

Minnie would love a home with a yard in a quieter suburb. She would benefit from a home with a couple or single grown-up household as kids would be unpredictable for her. Her human would be someone that plays with her in the yard so she can chase and play with toys. Her human would be someone that understands she has not had a lot of exposure to the world. She would enjoy a daily calm walk. She’s an independent girl who would like to hang out with her humans without pressure.
