We’re thrilled to announce an exciting new job opportunity to help us shape the future of Greyhound Rescue.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced dog-lover to join us as the manager of our Rescue, Rehabilitation and Rehoming Centre, Greysland, located about an hour south of the Sydney CBD.
To be the right person for the Kennel Manager role, you’ll need management experience and qualifications/equivalent experience in canine behaviour and animal care, along with an ethical approach to animal rescue and the use of positive reinforcement techniques.
You will be well supported by a dedicated team and directly responsible for:
- Operational management of our Rescue, Rehabilitation and Rehoming Centre, ensuring an excellent standard of animal care
- Managing staff and volunteers
- Overseeing the surrender and adoption of greyhounds
- Onsite and offsite care of all greyhounds for which we are responsible.
