Local Men’s Shed lends a hand

Making local connections is an important part of what we do. And as we’ve recently moved to a new property, it’s more important than ever. We were honoured to meet with some of the members of The Men’s Shed in Bargo recently, and we‘re really excited to work with them going forward.

The gents were keen to pitch in and get started on a bunch of projects around the property at Greysland and were back within a week to do some incredible work securing fencing. They were so efficient, in fact, that by the time our volunteers brought them out morning tea they were well underway, and by the time we were ready with the camera to take some action shots they were already done!

Thanks to a great bunch of people for their enthusiasm and generosity, and in particular to Dave, Kerry, and Peter for coordinating the work. We are looking forward to working together with the Bargo Men’s Shed into the future.
