Keep your hound cool with our delicious “Pupsicles”

Nov 25, 2019 | Fun, News

Pupsicles are a cool treat that are fun for you to make and for your dog to enjoy! They’re simple and quick to make, they’ve only got four ingredients and take about ten minutes to throw together.

Banana Peanut Butter Pupsicles

  • Dental chews or similar to hold the pupsicle with
  • 2 medium-sized bananas
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened* peanut-butter
  • Honey to taste (optional)

Mash or blend bananas together with peanut butter and honey, and spoon into popsicle moulds. You can add a small amount of water if the mixture is too thick. Add the chew stick in place of a stick and place in freezer overnight. Enjoy!

*Be sure that you don’t use peanut butter that contains xylitol as it is toxic to dogs!
