My name is Sneakers and I am a very special boy. My friends at Greysland were a bit worried about me because I was wobbly on my feet. Turns out I’ve only got half a brain!
Fortunately it’s the good half. The half I’ve got is super affectionate and loves ear scritches and pats where I can lean on you with my eyes closed.
My half brain is all about love and treats and snoozing. Who needs to be a rocket scientist anyway! You can keep your Nobel Prize, I win the Poolitzer for sweetness.
Despite this anomaly, I’m fantastic with enrichment puzzles and I love toys. I’ve spent some time in foster care and I just love being in a home! My carers say I’m great with alone time and settle quickly.
When it comes to walk time, I can freeze a little and need time to adjust to new environments. Passing other dogs excites me but I’m learning to be calmer and my foster carers have found distracting me works well.
I will need a home without stairs though, please. I can manage two to four stairs with some encouragement and lots of practice, but it’ll be easier if there are none in our home. (Like that? “Our”? I think it sounds great.)
