The beautiful Bindi found her forever home with Amanda, Michael, Mia, Ella and last but certainly not least, her new brother Sulley!
Bindi spent time in a foster home learning the ropes of pet life before finding her way to her forever home. Once she found her new place, Amanda and Michael say it was the classic 3/3/3.
“In 3 seconds she had claimed our couch, our home and our hearts,” says Amanda. “Bindi is seven and has a big / little furbrother – 3-year-old Sulley the Great Dane (named after Monster’s Inc J.P. Sullivan). They hit it off immediately playing chasey and bitey-face.”
“After having huge goofball Danes for many years, Bindi constantly cracks us up with her poker face expression and her delicate tiny feet that are always wet from standing in the fish pond.”
“Luckily she only tried once to catch the fish, sticking her snoot in and blowing bubbles as she snapped at them.”
Bindi still isn’t a fan of storms or loud noises, but otherwise Amanda and Michael say not much fazes her. She loves the human beds, so much she doesn’t want to get off at times. And you can often find her fast asleep with her tail wagging madly.
“She can usually be found roaching in quiet places and doorways around the house – perfect for tripping us up – or in Sulley’s bed,” Amanda says.
“When she can be convinced to go outside, she leaps a metre straight into the air when she sees her lead. She and Sulley attract a lot of attention on their walks together.”
Bush tracks are a favourite and she loves the beach too.
“We are so lucky she was matched perfectly with us, and could not recommend more highly welcoming a Greyhound into your family.”
