Zippy

I’m a beautiful little brindle girl of just 2 years old, and I come with pep, pizzazz, and a great deal of enthusiasm for life. I’m zippy by name and zippy by nature! I’m playful, funny, affectionate, and always ready to turn an ordinary moment into something much more entertaining. I’m told that playful and snuggly is a winning combination, and I embody both, from snoot to tail!

My greatest love, apart from people, is a squeaky toy. The louder and sillier, the better. Give me one and I’ll show you exactly how a small brindle girl can become the star of her own comedy show. I’ve got antics. I’ve got charm. I’ve got range! And then, mid-performance, I’ll run over for a cuddle.

That’s the thing about me: I’m not just fun, I’m very sweet too. I adore people, seek out pats and affection, and love to nuzzle in close. On walks, I like to look back to make sure you’re still coming with me, which is both thoughtful and adorable.

At this stage, I’m still a work in progress when it comes to other dogs, so I’d be happiest as the only dog in the home for now. I’ll need someone who’s willing to help me keep building my manners and confidence so I can learn to feel calmer around them.

With people, though, I’m all heart. I’d be lovely in a home with children over 5, and I have that very special talent for being both a source of amusement and a source of comfort all at once.
