Nylah (formerly Breeze) is a supermodel in every sense of the word. She is painfully beautiful, doesn’t mind a quick mani-pedi and is beloved by her adoring fans (read: her family).
Like her globe-trotting counterparts, Nylah didn’t stay put for long after she arrived at Greyhound Rescue. She walked through the doors at the end of March 2020, and by mid-April she’d walked right back out again with Rebecca and her family.
“Nylah has been an amazing addition to our family since we took her in on her 3rd birthday.
“She’s an extremely playful and adventurous little girl. She thinks she’s the landlord of the big park across the road from us and is always making the funniest noises and talking to herself, or parading around the backyard wielding her new bone like a sword!
“She also absolutely loves getting toilet rolls and other cardboard contraptions with hidden treats to find,” said Rebecca.
That’s not to say that Nylah’s adventurous spirit means she isn’t the best girl!
“She is extremely well behaved all the time and compliant when getting her nails trimmed or feet cleaned after digging in the mud.
“She loves doing training exercises like stay, sit, away, leave etc. because she loves being rewarded with treats!
“Overall, she has been an extremely valuable addition to our family. Her little face, big ears and waggy tail are always ready to put a smile on everyone’s face.”
