I’m told I’m the loveliest girl and I’ll be all you need, you see. I’m ready to soak up every little bit of love you’re able to give and I’ve plenty to give in return too! Just wait, we’ll be the best of friends!
I can be a little excitable and/or freezy initially, but I do settle, and will continue to improve at this with your help.
Now, the thing is I have lots of feelings about other dogs. I can be very selective but let’s just call it discerning. As such, I’m not really suited to high-density living, so hopefully you’ve a little space where you live.
Ideally your home will be on the quieter side too, or you can at least set aside an area for me that is. Busy places are just too overwhelming for me right now.
Having said this, I am totally capable of learning to take it in my stride! According to the volunteers at Greysland, I am very trainable – I just need gentle exposure to this big wide world of ours.
Kids aged five or older are A-OK with me.
So what do you think? Are you ready to meet the only hound you’ll ever need?
If you think you'd be interested in meeting me, fill out an application form and the volunteers at Greyhound Rescue will get on the case. Our matchmakers go to greyt lengths to match each hound with the right family to make sure everyone's happy, and you'll become part of a wonderful rescue community with lots of support along the way.
