Smiley Miley

Miley started pet life as a timid pup, but her personality has blossomed into that of a cheeky superstar!

When Miley first joined her loving parents, she had separation anxiety and some difficulty sleeping through the night, “she was scared of almost everything including the garage door to the apartment (which was the way we had to take her out for a walk). We were starting to wonder if she would ever settle down, then one day everything just clicked and she found her way and the three of us started to understand each other.”

Once the click happened, Miley’s cheeky personality began to shine through, “for 23 hours a day she is happy to sleep and chill out in her bed, at 3-5ish in the afternoon she gets a big burst of energy and loves to do zoomies around the house and on the lounge, she loves to play bite and skids down the hallway.”

“Miley lives up to her namesake and comes in like a wrecking ball!” While there might not be any parties in the U.S.A on the cards for her, “once we went out and left her at home, we looked at a pile of washing on the floor outside the laundry on the way out and thought it should be okay to sit there and didn’t think she would touch it.”

“We came home to what looked like a burrow of dirty clothes that had been napped in and 5-6 pairs of my husband’s underwear had been carried throughout the house, on the lounge, in her bed and down the hallway.”

On top of playing with her pawrents clothes, “Miles loves to rip up any paper and cardboard she can get her hands on, she treats the recycle bin like her own personal toybox.”

While the transition to pet life was slow to start, Miley’s parents say “it’s one of the best things we’ve ever done as a couple. It’s rewarding knowing you can help this scared, timid dog have a better life, a home and a loving family.”
