Darling (homed)

Darling has found her forever home with a lovely family who wish to rename her Pepper 🙂

Darling was saved by one of our long time volunteers who heard she needed rescuing and drove to pick her up (thank you!) Alyson says the following after spending some time with her:

“Darling is a pretty and petite, well socialised, black girl. She is 3 1/2 years old and has raced, and won, a couple of times but then didn’t win anymore.

She’s spent a lot of time around small children and I saw her with an 18month old toddler – she simply rolled on her back and put her paws up in gentle play.

This girl has a  beautiful face and, apparently, loves to keep her kennel clean and enjoys her dinner.  She rode beautifully in the car and didn’t react to the small dogs she met at the kennels. She’s excellent on her lead.”

If you think Darling is the one for you, or you can offer her a foster home, then email peter@greyhoundrescue.com.au

Darling is yet to be cat tested.

Darling is:

* 3 and a half years old

* desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm tested and treated

* located Sydney

* adoption costs $300

    She is beautiful, love to have her, but how would she go with Italian Greyhounds?

    Most greyhounds adore canine company especially of the sight hound type! We can arrange a meeting to see how they all go.

    If this is the new little girl I walked on Saturday – she is tiny. And very sweet, a real face licker.
