Cooper (Homed)

Meet Cooper. He is being sponsored by Shelley.

Cooper is now in foster waiting patiently for his forever home in Canberra. This is what the Canberra crew have to say about him:

Cooper is a shining example of everything that is wonderful about the greyhound breed. He is a dignified, graceful and extremely gentle  ‘velcro-dog’ who follows us around the house seeking cuddles. he is  perfect on lead, completely house trained and can last for 12 hours  without a bathroom break – I wish I could do that! When his ears are  rubbed his teeth chatter with utter ecstasy and he makes a little  sound like he is purring – it is soooo cute! Cooper gets along really  well with medium and large canine friends at the dog park but is still  learning about little dogs … he’s fine if they are white or black  but seems to think that grey dogs are rabbits!  I have fostered a lot  of greyhounds in my time and it’s a big call … but I am going to say  that Cooper may very well be the very best dog we’ve ever fostered – he’s a charming, perfectly mannered house guest who wants nothing more  than to please his humans.  Because of his very gentle and respectful nature, I’d feel comfortable homing Cooper with very young children but he would suit a wide range of family situations.”
