Bubbles (now called Sally- homed)

Bubbles is now called Sally and has been homed with fellow kennel hound Chance with Rosemary and Geoff.

We had yet another call from a vet surgery the other day- they had a blue girl brought in to be put down but couldn’t do it so we picked her up and she has taken the last place in kennels. Her name is Bubbles. She has had all her vet work done already.

Bubbles is on the high side of average in size for a girl, weighing in at 28.8kg even with a few ribs showing. She seems very quiet at this stage and is only two and a half – another failed racer.  Gorgeous blue colour which will look a lot better with some TLC. She deserves a home like all the others. Bubbles is definitely not cat friendly!

Bubbles is:

* 2 years old (dob July ’10)

* desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested and treated

* located – Sydney

* adoption cost $300

    Good luck to Bubbles and I hope she finds a home soon…… As a resident of the UK having rehomed 4 greyhounds, these stories make me so sad as the problem with these dogs is worldwide….. When will ‘man’ be made to see that the whole situation is totally unacceptable and that these dogs are NOT disposable!

    Hi Jeannine Barnard, if you are interested in adopting a greyhound please contact peter@greyhoundrescue.com.au to discuss the best current greyhound we have for your household. It’s much better to choose a grey that works with your other animals rather than what he or she looks like. You can also find us at http://www.greyhoundrescue.com.au
