Hi there, my name is Harlow.

I’m what some might call a bit of an introvert! I’m a homebody, and would love to have a little safe space of my own where I can relax. When I feel safe and comfortable, I do love to have a little play, and sure wouldn’t mind a few toys I could call my own.

I came to Greyhound Rescue with a bit of a wonky toe, and this is being treated. The kennel environment was a little stressful for me, but luckily I’ve found my way to a great foster family. Now I just need to find the right forever home where I can rest and recover in comfort – does that sound like your place?

When I’m out and about on walks I can sometimes get a little overwhelmed, so I’d do best in a home with a courtyard or backyard I can hang out in when I don’t feel like facing the big wide world. Ideally there would be no stairs either. Maybe if your home is somewhere quiet, I might be the perfect house friend for you?

Because I can be a bit timid, I’d prefer a home without any kids, but I don’t mind the company of other dogs as long as they’re calm and friendly with me – I might even be up for a bit of playtime with them!

If you think you’d be interested in meeting me, fill out an application form and the volunteers at Greyhound Rescue will get on the case. Our matchmakers go to greyt lengths to match each hound with the right family to make sure everyone’s happy, and you’ll become part of a wonderful rescue community with lots of support along the way.
