Pet of the Week – Hope (puppy)

Hi there, I’m Hope! I’m still a puppy which means I’m playful, inquisitive and love to make new friends. In fact, I love hanging out with all breeds of dogs and I don’t mind cats either!

When I was just a young pup, I had an injury to my back legs, and the dogtors are still figuring out exactly what that will mean for me.* Because of that, I’m looking for a patient and compassionate foster human (or humans!) who can take me to the appointments that I need. Like all puppies, I love to spend time with my people so it’s best if you’re not a full time worker.

Despite my injury, I’m still a happy girl who loves to play, run around and be a normal puppy, so a foster home with a backyard is a must!

*Hope was surrendered to Greyhound Rescue after a paralysis injury to her back legs as a young pup. We do not yet know the extent of her injury, and as such we are looking for an amazing foster home for Hope while we conduct further investigations. All vet costs will be covered by Greyhound Rescue. Currently Hope is experiencing some issues with toileting which may be related to her injury, so foster carers will need to be patient with her.
